Tommy has spent the past 20 years helping organizations improve performance through learning. During his career, Tommy has worked with clients including Amgen, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, Marriott, BMW, AT&T, Merck, Kingsdown and Novartis to design and implement strategic training programs. Tommy served as National Director of Industry and Government Training for Lincoln Technical Institute, Chief Sales Officer for Raleigh-based Tech Resource Group and as Principal Consultant for Performance Impact. In 2007 he founded Dialogue Consulting to address the learning and talent management needs of  fast-growth "gazelle" companies. SmartGrowth, formerly Dialogue Consulting, now provides broader solution capabilities to its clients.

Tommy holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University. He is also on the faculty of the University of Phoenix where he teaches Humanities and Communication courses.  Tommy brings a diverse background and base of experience to the development of learning programs that engage and challenge learners at the intellectual and behavioral level.

 

Todd’s passion is helping organizations improve their bottom lines by aligning employee activities and capabilities with organizational goals and objectives. Focused on talent management and employee engagement, Todd works with organizations to understand their strategy and goals and implements talent management programs that improve organizational performance. Areas of focus include employee engagement, assessments, competency development, performance management, learning and development, career counseling, career development, executive coaching,  succession planning,  management and leadership development, and the development of high potential employees.

Prior to joining SmartGrowth, Todd spent 18 years at KPMG in a variety of roles including Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Product Development. During his tenure, Todd led a number of innovative programs including the implementation of a comprehensive career management portal, the design and implementation of a firmwide performance management system and competency models, and the creation of a succession planning process. He was also responsible for the delivery of over 40,000 hours of training annually and involved in several strategic learning initiatives. 

Todd holds Master's degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Counseling from Montclair State University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Todd is certified to deliver the Birkman Work Style Assessment and has completed coach training from Coach U.
 

Tim Kauffman has been providing business process and technical consulting for over 12 years and has been writing computer programs for over 20 years. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to medium sized businesses. Tim focuses on working with customers to refine business processes that can be further enhanced by the application of technology. A sampling of organizations Tim has helped include Blue Rhino Corporation, Siemens, Ericsson, Bridgestone-Firestone, BB&T and Sony Music. Tim brings diverse experience helping large and small companies create business process efficiencies that provide real world return on investment for his customers.

Tim is the former president of Outlet Systems Inc., which provides small to medium sized businesses with managed services for IT infrastructure, along with custom programming services. Prior to founding Outlet Systems, Tim served as a Managing Consultant for EMC Corporation and Director of Solution Delivery & Operations for Strategic Technologies (now Consonus).
 
Tim studied Computer Science at East Carolina University. When Tim isn’t helping companies enhance their business processes, he enjoys golf and cooking, and can often be found playing speed chess online.

Kristina has dedicated her career to building organizational performance. In addition to experience as a management consultant, Kristina brings over a decade of experience designing, managing and delivering strategic learning solutions that have reached over 70,000 employees across the globe.

Kristina is known for her keen attention to detail, consultative style and ability to place solutions within the larger strategic context, yielding the highest quality solutions targeted at clients’ most critical business objectives. Clients with global operations additionally benefit from her extensive experience designing solutions for global audiences, translation and cross-cultural relevance.

Kristina has worked across industries with diverse Fortune 500 and fast-growth clients including Cisco Systems, Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, Abbott Labs, Raytheon, ADP and Synovus Financial among many others. Prior to focusing her career on learning and development, Kristina improved organizational performance as a management consultant with Deloitte and Touche. She began her career with Dow Corning Corporation where she developed a passion for performance improvement as an implementation team member for one the first U.S. implementations of SAP. Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 
 

Paul is passionate about improving organizations through innovative learning solutions that allow employees to use their full range of talents that drive business results. For the past 25 years, he has led sales teams to extraordinary levels of success, and truly understands how critical, knowledge-based human capital achieves organizational objectives. Paul's industry experience is diverse, including consumer products, retail, pharmaceutical, transportation, construction and business services. He has worked with both Fortune 500 and small organizations, and been instrumental in helping clients achieve organizational efficiency, culture change and best practices for learning. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from High Point University. Paul is a former Maryland State HS Golf Champion and when he is not helping clients get better at their game, he maintains a passionate love for the game of golf.
